Working With Children Matters
Due to recent changes in legislation, there has been a growth in the number of employees who require Working With Children Clearance checks from the NSW Office of the Children’s Guardian. Unfortunately, past events can have an adverse impact upon the decision of the NSW Office of Children Guardian in determining whether to grant such a clearance.
Should your Working With Children clearance check be refused, we can provide advice on commencing an application in the Tribunal seeking a review of this decision, including preparing the application, affidavit evidence in support and appearing on your behalf at the hearing of the application.
Licensing Matters
